Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Driller to operate drilling equipment and ensure safe and efficient execution of drilling programs. The Driller plays a key role in monitoring well conditions, supervising the floor crew, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate drilling equipment according to company procedures
• Supervise Derrickman, Floorhands, and Roustabouts on the rig floor
• Monitor drilling parameters and well conditions to ensure stability
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards during all drilling operations
Requirements:
• Offshore/onshore rig experience as Driller or Assistant Driller
• Valid IWCF or equivalent well control certification
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
