Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Driller in controlling drilling parameters
• Supervise the drill floor crew
• Maintain and inspect drilling equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Record drilling data and communicate with supervisors

Requirements:
• 5+ years of rig experience (land or offshore)
• Knowledge of drilling operations and equipment
• Valid well control and safety certificates
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
