Job Description:
The Assistant Driller supports the Driller in managing rig floor operations, monitoring equipment, and supervising crew members. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance during drilling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Driller in operating and monitoring drilling equipment
• Supervise floor crew in handling drill pipes and rig operations
• Conduct safety checks and routine inspections of rig equipment
• Maintain accurate records of activities and equipment status
Requirements:
• Previous offshore/onshore rig experience as Assistant Driller or Derrickman
• Valid offshore certifications and medical fitness certificate
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in English
• Ability to follow operational and safety procedures
