Job Description:
We are looking for a Crane Operator to cover a NOV Knuckle Boom Crane Operator position onboard a Drillship operating in Africa. Please note that experience on Drilling units with NOV KBC cranes is a must for this role. This is a 12-month rolling contract starting ASAP with 28 days on / 28 days off rotations. Salary information is available at our office, plus various insurances.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Safe operation of NOV Knuckle Boom Crane (KBC) for cargo handling, supply vessel operations, and equipment transfers
· Routine inspection, maintenance, and testing of crane equipment in compliance with company procedures
· Compliance with all lifting operations regulations, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems
· Coordination with deck crew, drilling team, and offshore management for safe lifting operations
· Maintaining accurate crane logs, inspection records, and operational reports

Requirements:
· Experience on Drilling units with NOV KBC cranes – a must
· Crane Op Stage 3 certification – required
· BOSIET certificate – required
· Very good English level – required
· Experience in rank on Drilling units – required
· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid offshore medical certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Availability: Must be available to start ASAP
