• Operate cranes for lifting and transferring loads
• Conduct pre-use inspections and maintenance checks
• Follow lifting plans and rigging requirements
• Communicate with deck crew during lifts
• Ensure full compliance with lifting safety rules

• Offshore crane operating experience (FPSO/FLNG preferred)
• Valid Crane Operator certification
• STCW, BOSIET, medical
• Strong safety awareness
