Job Description:
MAS Group is hiring a Senior Field Compliance Coordinator to ensure that all field operations comply with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and company policies. The role requires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks within the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Monitoring compliance of drilling and production activities
• Conducting audits and inspections to verify adherence to regulations
• Coordinating with field supervisors and HSE teams
• Preparing compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities
• Providing training and guidance on compliance requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, law, or relevant field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in compliance or regulatory roles in oil and gas
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and local regulations
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Nationality must be mentioned in the CV
