Job Description:
The Drilling Fluids Coordinator I will manage and coordinate drilling fluids operations on assigned projects. This includes planning, monitoring, and supporting field teams to ensure optimal drilling performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily drilling fluids activities with the drilling team
• Ensure proper preparation, mixing, and handling of drilling fluids
• Monitor mud properties and quality control
• Maintain accurate documentation of fluids usage and reports
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in drilling fluids operations
• Knowledge of onshore and offshore drilling fluids systems
• Valid medical and safety certifications
• English proficiency required
