Job Description:
ICM Employment Center is hiring RSAs (Rig Safety Assistants) to support Health, Safety & Environment compliance onboard the drillship. The RSA ensures safe practices and assists in inspections, drills, and incident prevention activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementation of safety policies and procedures
• Participate in safety drills and inspections
• Monitor work sites and report unsafe acts
• Maintain HSE documentation and checklists
• Support crew in maintaining safety compliance

Requirements:
• Valid BOSIET/FOET, HUET, Offshore Medical
• HSE certification or experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive and safety-driven mindset
• Prior offshore experience is an advantage
