Job Description:
OSM Thome is recruiting a Storekeeper to join a passenger ferry operating in European waters. The Storekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the vessel is well supplied, organized, and operationally ready at all times. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with all onboard departments to support smooth daily ferry operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Managing all vessel stores, spares, and provisions onboard
• Receiving, checking, and correctly storing deliveries and supplies
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating stock levels
• Coordinating with deck, engine, and catering departments regarding store requirements
• Ensuring safe handling, labeling, and proper storage of all items
• Complying with company procedures and safety management systems

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Previous experience as Storekeeper or in a similar seagoing role
• Good knowledge of vessel stores management and basic logistics
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in English communication
