Position: Room Service Operator – Cruise Ship
Job Description:
A cruise ship operator is seeking a service-oriented Room Service Operator to coordinate and deliver onboard guest room service. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and processing guest room service orders.
- Coordinating with restaurant and galley teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Delivering food and beverages according to service standards.
- Responding professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintaining cleanliness and accurate service records.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant hospitality or room service experience.
- Previous cruise or passenger vessel experience preferred.
- Valid STCW certificates, where required.
- Valid medical fitness certificate, where applicable.
- Good English communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and strong customer service skills.
