General Requirements
Valid STCW certificates and seafarer medical fitness.
Previous cruise-liner or commercial-vessel experience relevant to the position.
Strong command of English for onboard operations and safety communication.
Excellent knowledge of safety procedures; advanced safety certification required for relevant ranks.
Clean background check and verifiable employment references.
Good physical condition and ability to work in a multi-national team environment.
