Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Providing exceptional guest service according to cruise line standards
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the assigned department
• Working efficiently within an international team
• Assisting in daily operations and reporting to department heads
• Upholding company values and maintaining professional appearance and behavior on board
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or marine industry (depending on position)
• Valid STCW certificates (if applicable to role)
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position on cruise ships or 4–5-star hotels preferred
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 6–8 months on board, followed by 2–3 months leave rotation
