Job Description:
A yacht management company is currently seeking experienced and professional crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe vessel operations, delivering high-end guest services, maintaining technical systems, and supporting both deck and interior activities onboard.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with yachting experience to work in a luxury environment with competitive salaries.
Open Positions:
- Captain – EUR 12,000 per month
- Chief Officer / 1st Mate – USD 6,000 per month
- 2nd Officer – DOE
- 3rd Engineer – EUR 5,000 per month
- Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) – EUR 6,000 per month
- Chief Steward(ess) – USD 8,000 per month
- Sous / 2nd Chef – USD 5,500 per month
- Lead Deckhand – USD 4,000 per month
- Deckhand – USD 4,000 per month
- Steward – USD 4,600 per month
- 2nd Steward – USD 4,000 per month
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation
- Previous experience in the same rank on motor yachts preferred
- Valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
- Good command of English
- Strong hospitality and service skills (for interior positions)
- Relevant technical or culinary experience (for specific roles)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a multinational team environment
- Flexibility for worldwide travel
