A prestigious yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will support yacht navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, diving activities, luxury guest services, housekeeping, and culinary operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced yacht crew members with previous Motor Yacht experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.

Bridge & Deck Department
- Captain – EUR (€) 9,000

Engineering Department

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe yacht navigation and daily vessel operations
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and onboard engineering systems
- Carry out deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Support diving activities where applicable
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain guest cabins, interior spaces, and housekeeping standards
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company HSE policies
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Captain and Sole Engineer positions
- Relevant professional qualifications for engineering, hospitality, culinary, or diving positions
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
