Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced and professional crew team for a Mega Yacht operating on international routes.
The yacht offers a luxury hospitality environment with the highest standards of service, safety, and maintenance.
Ideal candidates must have prior yacht or cruise experience, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude suitable for a VIP guest environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining professional service standards
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety onboard
• Performing operational duties under the supervision of senior officers
• Supporting navigation, maintenance, and guest activities as required
• Upholding confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates and ENG1 medical
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience on yachts, cruise ships, or luxury hospitality establishments
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
• Well-groomed, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Relevant certifications for position (e.g. Dive Master, AV/IT, medical license, etc.)
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 3–6 months (renewable, depending on vessel itinerary)
