Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated crew members to join a Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide. The successful candidates will deliver high standards of service, safety, and vessel operations in a luxury yachting environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional private program with competitive salaries and international exposure.

Open Positions & Salaries

• 3rd Officer – €5,500
• 2nd Chef – €300 per day
• Bosun – €5,000
• Spa Therapist / Steward – USD $5,000
• Housekeeping Steward – Salary DOE
• Service Steward – €3,750 per month
• Deckhand – USD $3,750
• Nurse – Salary DOE
• Junior Deckhand – USD $3,500

Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
• B1/B2 Visa (or eligibility to obtain)
• Entry-level qualifications or equivalent certification appropriate to the position
• Relevant yachting or maritime experience preferred
• High standards of professionalism, discretion, and personal presentation
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to operate in a private yacht environment
• Good command of English
