Job Description
A prestigious yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced maritime and hospitality professionals for deployment onboard Private Sailing and Motor Yachts operating in the Netherlands, Monaco, and Croatia.
Selected candidates will be responsible for vessel operations, navigation, engineering maintenance, culinary services, interior management, and guest hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and luxury service.

Deck Department
- Chief Officer — EUR (€) 8,000/month

Engineering Department
- Chief Engineer — EUR (€) 10,000/month
- Sole Engineer — EUR (€) 8,000/month
- 2nd Engineer — EUR (€) 6,500/month
- 3rd Engineer — EUR (€) 5,000/month
Galley Department
- Executive / Head Chef — EUR (€) 9,300/month
- Sous / 2nd Chef — EUR (€) 9,300/month

Interior Department

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient yacht operations and navigation
- Maintain vessel machinery, engineering systems, and equipment
- Prepare and deliver high-quality meals and dining experiences
- Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain yacht cleanliness, presentation, and interior standards
- Support daily yacht operations and guest activities
- Comply with international maritime safety regulations and company procedures
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Sailing Yacht or Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Relevant culinary qualifications for chef positions
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a luxury yacht environment
