Fitter Engine for Cruise Liner

Job Description:

Augustea Intcrews Indonesia is seeking an Engine Fitter to support machinery maintenance and repair operations aboard a cruise liner. Candidates should have relevant mechanical skills and experience in a marine engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance on engine-room equipment.
• Assist engineers with inspections and planned maintenance.
• Identify mechanical defects and support troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools and workshop equipment.
• Follow engine-room safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in engine fitting or marine mechanical maintenance.
• Appropriate professional qualifications and certificates, where applicable.
• Valid STCW certificates, where required.
• Valid passport and medical fitness certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous cruise ship experience is an advantage.
