Fitter Deck for Cruise Liner

Job Description:

Augustea Intcrews Indonesia is inviting applications for a Deck Fitter aboard a cruise liner. Candidates should have relevant mechanical and maintenance experience to support the safe operation of deck equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain deck machinery and equipment.
• Assist with mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Identify equipment defects and report them to the relevant officers.
• Support planned maintenance activities.
• Follow onboard safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a deck fitting or mechanical maintenance role.
• Appropriate professional qualifications and certificates, where applicable.
• Valid STCW certificates, where required.
• Valid passport and medical fitness certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous cruise ship experience is an advantage.
