Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced **Engineer** to join a **33m private motor yacht** on a **permanent basis**.
The vessel operates privately, mainly in the Mediterranean, and maintains a high standard of operation and upkeep.
The ideal candidate should have a **strong engineering background**, hands-on technical skills, and a **proven record of stable employment** in the yachting industry.

Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, and technical systems onboard
• Planned and preventive maintenance of main engines, generators, and auxiliary systems
• Troubleshooting and repair of onboard equipment
• Record-keeping, inventories, and liaising with suppliers and shipyards when required
• Supporting the Captain and deck crew during operations
*Requirements:**
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Yacht Engineer on 30m+ vessels
• Valid STCW and medical fitness certificates
• Y3 / Y4 CoC or equivalent commercial engineering license
• Proven stable employment record and strong technical references
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
**Employment Details:**
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Salary: **EUR 5,500 – 6,500 / month**, depending on experience
