Lead Deckhand - 65m+ Sailing Yacht

Hello Sailor is recruiting for a predominantly private, dual-season sailing yacht. Immediate start in Spain. Mediterranean and Caribbean itinerary, owner trips and occasional charters. Salary not disclosed. Published: 13 October 2026.

  • Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore.
  • At least one year of yacht experience, ideally on vessels exceeding 50m.
  • Strong diving or sailing background, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Additional diving, dinghy or watersports instructor qualifications beneficial.

Join a crew of eleven, working with the Bosun, Chief Officer and Junior Deckhand.
