Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position: • Title: EXPERIENCED DECKHAND for a 100m private motor yacht. • Employment Type: Permanent, with a standard MLC contract. • Salary: $3600 - $3800. • Location: Mediterranean/US. Vessel Details: • World cruising, private (very reputable) 100m+ motor yacht currently located in the Mediterranean is searching for a permanent rotational Experienced Deckhand to start within the next few weeks. • The vessel is currently located in a shipyard in the Med and has plans to potentially cross back over to the States/Caribbean shortly. • Fantastic multinational crew onboard who promote and reward longevity. Position Details: • The ideal crew member will be someone who has a strong background as a Deckhand with strong experience onboard vessels of similar size, preferably over 60m. You will need to have proven experience preferably with longevity on your CV to be considered. • You will need to be positive, professional, career driven, approachable and strong within a team. Crew with initiative, confidence and a 'can-do' attitude will be favoured for this role. • Crew with carpentry skills are preferred and a Yachtmaster ticket is advantageous. This position is offering a 3:1 rotational leave package. Requirements: • You must hold a valid Schengen Visa/European passport and a B1/B2 visa is advantageous. • Excellent references are required. • Start date: next few weeks.
