Job Description:**
We are seeking a **Captain** for a **33m private motor yacht**.
This is a **permanent position** for a well-maintained private vessel operating mainly in the Mediterranean region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong yachting background, excellent navigational and managerial skills, and a proven record of stable employment history.
Owners are looking for a reliable professional to manage the yacht, crew, and guest operations to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overall command and safe navigation of the yacht
• Management of crew and onboard operations
• Ensuring vessel maintenance and compliance with safety standards
• Overseeing budget, itinerary planning, and guest services
• Maintaining excellent communication with the owner and management
Requirements:**
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Captain on similar-sized yachts (30m+)
• Valid STCW and medical fitness certificates
• Yachtmaster 200 GT or higher (preferably Master 500 GT)
• Proven stable employment record
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
• Fluent in English; other European languages an advantage
Employment Details:**
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Salary: **EUR 7,000 – 8,000 / month**, depending on experience
