Position Details: Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Captain for a dual season, 70m+ motor yacht currently located in Italy. The Owner is searching for a trustworthy and committed Captain who can ensure the yacht is maintained and operated at an exceptional level. This is an exciting opportunity to take command of a well known vessel and work closely with an engaged and personable Owner. A proactive and problem-solving mindset is essential, as well as the ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence. You must preferably have proven longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and leadership with experience as Captain on large yachts (preferably similar size or larger). You must also have a strong understanding of large yacht operations, safety procedures, and crew management.
