Location: Worldwide – Luxury Yachts

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a luxury yacht. The Bosun will supervise deck operations and crew, ensuring safe navigation support, maintenance of the yacht’s exterior, and premium service for guests. This role requires strong leadership, seamanship, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Leading and supervising deckhands and exterior team
• Overseeing mooring, anchoring, tender, and water sports operations
• Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of yacht exterior, deck equipment, and safety gear
• Coordinating with the Officer on Watch and Captain for safe daily operations
• Training junior crew members and maintaining professional standards onboard

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates and ENG1 medical
• Strong experience in deck operations and yacht/cruise background
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as Bosun or Lead Deckhand on luxury yachts preferred
