Job Description:
Selected crew members will join modern RO-PAX (Roll-On/Roll-Off Passenger) vessels, responsible for both passenger and cargo operations. Roles involve navigation, machinery operations, technical maintenance, passenger service, and compliance with all maritime safety standards.
Open Positions:
• Able Seaman (AB)
Key Responsibilities:
• Safe navigation, maneuvering, and operation of vessel systems
• Passenger and cargo handling in compliance with safety procedures
• Routine maintenance and repair of onboard machinery and equipment
• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and operational standards throughout all areas
• Providing excellent onboard service and hospitality to passengers
Requirements:
• Valid STCW Certificates and Seaman’s Book
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (MLC/ILO compliant)
• Experience on RO-PAX or passenger vessels preferred
• Good command of English (Marlins or CES test advantageous)
• All certificates must be valid for at least 6 months
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
