Location: Worldwide – Luxury Yachts

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sole Engineer to join a private/luxury yacht. The candidate will be fully responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all engineering systems onboard. This is a hands-on role requiring independence, technical expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Managing and maintaining all engine room and yacht technical systems
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with maritime safety and environmental standards
• Maintaining engine room logs, records, and spare parts inventory
• Supporting the captain and crew in safe daily yacht operations

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates and yacht engineering license
• Medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 3–5 years of yacht or small vessel engineering experience
• Ability to work independently and handle all aspects of yacht engineering
• Proficiency in English communication
