Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Night Cook to join an Offshore Installation & Maintenance Vessel. The role involves preparing and providing meals during night shifts, ensuring high-quality food service standards in an offshore environment.
The position is urgent, with a structured rotation and long-term offshore working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving meals during night shifts onboard
• Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed
• Managing galley cleanliness and organization during duty hours
• Supporting onboard catering operations as required
• Monitoring food stock and assisting with inventory control
Requirements:
• UK Frontier Worker Permit or UK Citizenship (mandatory)
• Previous experience on similar offshore vessels
• GWO Working at Height (WOH) certification
• Chester Step Test (valid)
• Valid STCW certificates (if applicable)
• Valid Medical Certificate
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Rotation 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off
