Location: Denmark / Offshore

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Cooks to join a Jack-Up vessel operating offshore in Denmark. The roles involve providing high-quality catering and hospitality services to crew onboard while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. These positions are open exclusively to EU passport holders due to work location requirements. The initial contract is 5–10 weeks, with the possibility of extension on a rotational basis. Joining is scheduled from 16 January onwards.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Cooks:

• Preparing and serving meals for all crew according to menu plans and dietary requirements
• Managing galley inventory, storage, and food hygiene
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the galley and food storage areas

Stewards:

• Maintaining accommodation and mess areas in a clean, orderly, and hygienic condition
• Assisting in meal service and general hospitality tasks
• Supporting vessel operations through catering and hospitality services

For both positions:

• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, offshore procedures, and company policies
• Participating in drills, toolbox talks, and safety briefings

Requirements:

• EU Passport (mandatory)
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• BOSIET / FOET / HUET with CA-EBS
• GWO Sea Survival & Working at Height
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (MLC/STCW compliant)
• Designated Security Duties / Security Awareness
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Recent References / Appraisals

Highly Desired (not mandatory):

• A1 Certificate application
