Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Cook to join an ERRV (Emergency Response and Rescue Vessel) operating in UK waters. The role involves preparing and serving nutritious meals for crew members, maintaining high hygiene standards, and supporting safe and efficient onboard operations during the contract period.

This is a short-term offshore assignment suitable for cooks with prior marine or offshore catering experience and all required UK certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and serving meals for crew in accordance with company menus and dietary requirements
• Managing galley operations, food storage, and stock control
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HSE standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in galley and food storage areas
• Supporting vessel operations by providing reliable catering services

Requirements:

• Valid Cook Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Valid UK FWP (Frontier Worker Permit)
• ITSO certificate
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Previous offshore or ERRV experience is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
