Job Description:
The Cook prepares meals, manages the galley, and ensures hygiene and food safety for all crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to crew requirements and schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
• Manage food inventory and supplies.
• Support dietary compliance and nutrition standards.
• Assist in general welfare of crew through meal provision.
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Nationality: India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, or Turkey.
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Standard offshore contract.
