Job Description
We are urgently recruiting an experienced Cook to join a Bulk Carrier vessel.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew, maintaining galley hygiene, and ensuring compliance with food safety and maritime catering standards.
This role is suitable for professionals with previous experience as Cook on Bulk Carrier vessels and readiness for immediate deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing daily meals for crew members
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the galley and storage areas
• Managing food supplies and stock control
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Supporting overall crew welfare onboard
Requirements
• Proven experience as Cook on Bulk Carrier vessels
• Valid STCW certificates
• All documents with minimum 18 months validity
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards
