Cook for AHTS Non-DP Vessel

Job Description:

SSM Maritime Services Inc. is seeking a Cook to manage meal preparation and galley duties aboard a non-DP AHTS vessel. The candidate will help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene for the crew.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare daily meals for officers and crew.
• Maintain galley cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Manage provisions and monitor food supplies.
• Store food safely and minimize waste.
• Follow onboard sanitation and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a shipboard Cook or in a similar role.
• Relevant food hygiene training or certification as required.
• Valid STCW certificates as applicable to the position.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
