We are looking for a 2nd Cook to join a Dredger in Brazil with travel on 22nd April. This position offers 5-week rotations. Candidates must hold a valid Ship's Cook CoC and the required STCW and hygiene certifications. If you are interested or know anyone who is available for work, please send CVs.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Assisting the Chief Cook in the preparation and cooking of meals for crew and personnel onboard
· Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the galley and mess areas
· Assistance with food stock management, provisions, and storage
· Compliance with all safety management systems, catering policies, and health regulations
· General kitchen duties and support of catering operations as required

Requirements:
· Ships Cook CoC (Certificate of Competency) – mandatory
· STCW BST (Basic Safety Training)
· STCW DSD (Designated Security Duties)
· Hygiene Course certificate (e.g., Food Hygiene Level 2 or equivalent)
· Valid Medical Certificate (offshore)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available for travel on 22nd April for 5-week rotations
