Job Description:

Chief Cook required for SCOV DP3 vessel operating in Sabah, Malaysia. Contract duration is 5 weeks, with joining on 3rd of December. Candidate must already hold a valid Work Permit for Sabah area or be of Sabahan origin. Mandatory experience — minimum 24 months in rank of Chief Cook on similar types of vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, may include but are not limited to:
 • Safe and hygienic preparation of meals for crew and officers
 • Planning menus and managing food stock
 • Ensuring compliance with international food safety standards
 • Maintaining cleanliness in galley and food storage areas
 • Cooperation with vessel management regarding catering and hygiene

Requirements:

• Ship’s Cook License
 • Safe Food Handling Certificate
 • Petronas Offshore Medical
 • HCCAP Level 2 Certificate
 • OPITO BOSIET or HUET with CA-EBS
 • TSSB Certificate
 • Valid Work Permit for Sabah OR Sabahan origin
 • Minimum 24 months experience as Chief Cook on similar vessels
 • All documents valid for at least 12 months

Wages:

200 EUR per day

Contract Duration:

5 weeks

3 December
