Location: North Sea

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join an SCOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. The contract duration is 8 weeks with a planned joining date of 10th May. The vessel is engaged in offshore operations, requiring high standards of meal preparation, galley management, and crew catering services. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Only EU Nationals holding a valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian candidates under UK protection status will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Preparing and cooking meals for crew in accordance with dietary and company standards
 • Managing galley operations, cleanliness, and food safety procedures
 • Handling provisioning, stock control, and inventory management
 • Maintaining hygiene standards in compliance with maritime regulations
 • Ensuring quality and variety of meals to support crew welfare

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • EU Nationals with valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian under UK protection status
 • Minimum 12 months experience as Chief Cook on similar DP2 or offshore vessels
 • Ship’s Cook License
 • HUET with CA-EBS
