North Sea (Construction Vessel)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Cook to join a construction vessel. Start date: beginning of January. Rotation: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of daily meals for crew and project personnel
• Menu planning, stock control, ordering and proper storage of supplies
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the galley
• Compliance with safety procedures and vessel regulations
• Coordination with vessel management regarding catering needs
Requirements:
• Valid BOSIET
• CA-EBS
• Full STCW documents
• Previous offshore experience as Chief Cook is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
